Responsibilities of Kitchen Breakfast cook:

• Able to come in at very early hours to prepare breakfast for guests
• punctual and reliable
• Always practices and maintains safe food service procedures.
• Great Customer Service for all restaurant guests.
• Speaks honestly and always acts with integrity. Effectively communicates procedures, promotions, and new products to employees.
• Practices safety procedures and proper use of restaurant equipment, knife handling and grease disposal.
• Makes certain employees have the tools and items necessary to perform their jobs.
• Compliance to company standards, systems, procedures, and policies.
• Prepare daily prep lists

Requirements to be a Breakfast cook:

• 3+ years of Food Service, Restaurant or Cook experience
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
