**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to menu specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus but not needed

Early morning hours. 4 am. Must be reliable. Attendance issues will not be tolerated

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes such as omelets, pancakes, bacon, and eggs
- Ensure all food is prepared according to set recipes and menu specifications
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and food safety regulations
